High School Evaluations

Service Description

High School Basic Evaluation - This is the format required by the school district in PA. You may choose from in person or phone. If you have more than one student, please request a high school evaluation more than one time as each one is 30 minutes and $50. Phone interview is required to submit the portfolio (log of days and curriculum list/samples of work/test scores), and payment of check or online payment before the interview. In person will be either here or the address requested, and requires the portfolio, interview, and payment in person. Each type also requires me by law to interview your child/children. I then give you a letter to certify that the child's education showed progress in the subjects required for the required time. I will send you the letter by mail if you do the phone interview.
